2014 Riesling

Pale yellow colour with a beautiful green hue. Aromas of lime zest and crème brûlée dominate the nose with a hint of white nectarine and Grandma’s homemade lemonade. The palate is very fruit driven with lemon and lime at the fore. It is quite soft and approachable for a young Riesling, but will age for 5-7 years.

2013 Audrey May

Aromas of green apple and guava dominate the nose with melon and cut straw. Soft and smooth on the palate with plenty of fruit flavour. This wine will go well with chicken and fish dishes.

Get in my belly - 2014 Grenache

Too good to blend, this wine has been made as naturally as possible. Aromas of fresh raspberries, blueberries and sweet spices mimic the fresh red berries, spices and tightly wound tannins on the palate.
$35.00 AUD   Qty:

2012 GSM

Plum, blackberries and mulberries are supported by spice cupboard aromas and freshly turned earth. The juicy palate also reflects these dark fruits and spices with a long savoury finish.

2012 Merlot

Flavours of blueberries, blackcurrants and burnt fig lead to a soft juicy palate with hints of oak. This is a very smooth wine that will continue to get softer with age in your cellar.

2012 Cabernet

This is a typical Barossa Cabernet with loads of dark fruit and dried herbs on the nose. The palate is full of lingering fruit and tight tannins. Put it down for a few years and let it develop to its full potential.

Hung out to dry

This is a very unique wine. Hand selected Cabernet bunches were placed in single layers on bread racks, stored in our air conditioned barrel hall for 21 days, allowing the berries to partially dehydrate. This process intensifies the colour, flavour and aroma of the wine. After drying, the fruit was gently destemmed into an open fermenter and fermented for 14 days before basket pressing. The wine spent 3 years in a French oak hogshead (300lt barrel), before it was hand bottled by gravity with no fining or filtration. We chose to bottle the wine using a glass Vino-lock closure as an alternative to the more traditional cork or screw cap. After maturing in bottle for a further two years, the wine was hand labelled and wax sealed. The resulting wine is a unique take on Barossa Cabernet. With its varietal herbal notes still apparent, yet having a dried fruit (almost Jammy) aroma. The palate is very soft and luscious with lots of soft, velvety tannin and great length. this wine is drinking well now, but will continue to improve over the next 5-7 years.
$75.00 AUD   Qty:

2014 Albert Heinrich Shiraz

Just like our great grandfather, Albert Heinrich Pfeiffer, this wine has a classic style that over delivers. Classic blueberries, black currants and crushed black pepper on the nose. Soft and smooth on the palate with luscious dark fruits.
$25.00 AUD   Qty:

2012 Shiraz

A deep red colour identifies this wine as a 2012 vintage. Aromas of plums, mulberries, freshly ground coffee and dark cooking chocolate fill the nose. Sweet dark fruits dominate the palate with hints of vanilla from the oak. While the finish is smooth this wine has a good 10 years in it.
